DealDrops Daily: Terms of Service

These terms apply to the DealDrops Daily website and social channels (the "Service"), run by Marcello Giacalone ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to them.

What we do

We find and share shopping deals, mostly from Amazon.com. We are an independent publication. We are not a retailer, we don't sell the products we feature, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon or the brands we mention, unless we say so.

Affiliate links and paid content

• Many links are affiliate links. If you buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.
• DealDrops Daily is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com.
• Sponsored posts and products from brands connected to us are always labelled (for example "Sponsored" or "#ad").

Prices and availability

Deals change quickly. Prices and availability are accurate as of the date and time we checked them and can change at any time. The price and availability shown on the retailer's site at the time of purchase is the one that applies. Always check the final price before you buy. We aren't responsible for price changes, expired deals, stock, shipping, returns or the products themselves. Those are between you and the retailer.

AI host

Our videos use an AI-generated host, and we label it as such. Deal information is checked by our system and our team before it's published.

No advice

Everything we publish is general information, not financial, medical or professional advice. Buy what's right for you.

Giveaways

Any giveaway is governed by its own official rules, published with it. No purchase is necessary, and buying something never improves your chances.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service. For example, don't post spam, harassment or illegal content in our comments or communities, don't scrape our content in bulk, and don't impersonate DealDrops Daily. We may remove content or block accounts that break these rules.

Our content

Our text, graphics and videos belong to us or our licensors. You can share links to our posts, but don't republish our content without permission. Product names, logos and images belong to their owners.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from purchases you make from third-party retailers.

Third-party platforms

We publish on platforms such as YouTube, X, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, Telegram and WhatsApp. Their own terms also apply when you use them.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nevada, USA.
